At Arab Decor, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is significantly different from its description

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized wall décor

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Used, installed, or customer-damaged items

  • Products returned without original packaging


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In its original packaging with all tags included

We may require clear photos of the product and packaging before approving the return.


4. How to Request a Return

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping will be free.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (subject to approval).


6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after:

  • The returned item is received

  • The item is inspected and approved

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Replacements & Store Credit

Instead of a refund, you may choose:

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Damage During Delivery

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photos immediately

  • Report the issue to us the same day of delivery

Late claims may not be accepted.
